We are proud to support local community events and contribute towards this by holding a sausage sizzle on the last Saturday of every month from 11am to 2pm. We donate all the ingredients to raise money for schools, sports groups and charities. So far we have donated over $23,000 directly to the local community and look forward to contributing more in the future.
The Stables IGA is an environmentally responsible organisation that promotes recycling in an effort to support the environment. Plastic bags are minimal and cardboard boxes are encouraged alongside the use of canvas bags. All profits from every canvas bag sold are donated to the local high school to educate the future generation of environmental concerns.
